You’ll never be just another number to us. You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager who works with you every step of the way, from scheduling to delivery.


Loyalty Incentive Program

To thank our long-standing daycare partners, we’ve developed a tiered incentive program based on the number of years we’ve worked together:

What this means: You receive a percentage-based rebate or bonus after each successful shoot, just for staying with us. It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and partnership.

To maintain your qualification in your current incentive tier, we kindly ask that you meet the following terms: Annual Booking Requirement: To remain in your current tier, your center must book at least one photography session with us each calendar year. Primary Photographer Status: This program is designed for centers who choose Heritage Studios as their primary photography provider. While we understand you may occasionally work with additional photographers for specialty events, regular photo days (such as seasonal, theme, or graduation photos) should be booked with Heritage Studios. Program Evaluation: Eligibility and tier placement are reviewed annually. Centers that do not meet the annual booking or primary provider requirements may be moved to a different tier.


Director Referral Incentive

We also reward directors who refer new centers to us.

You will receive $100 for every referral that leads to a completed shoot.

What this means: Just fill out the form below, and if the center books and completes their first session with us—you earn a cash thank-you. It’s that simple.

Personalized Support from Your Dedicated Account Manager

Every center we work with is assigned a dedicated Account Manager, whose role is to:

• Serve as your direct point of contact

• Handle all scheduling and logistics

• Coordinate with photographers and sales teams

• Ensure your incentives are delivered promptly

• Be available for questions, planning, and special requests

Your Account Manager is your partner—focused on making the photography process smooth, successful, and tailored to your center’s unique needs.

  • Parents are not obligated to buy any pictures from our company. As a courtesy for working with our company, all children will receive one complimentary 4×6 print of their choosing. If parents choose to purchase additional prints, our pricelist linked here.
